This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing cancellations, refunds, and service modifications for workspace audit packages purchased from Wristsuanatureiu through wristsuanatureiu.world. We are committed to fair and transparent practices that protect both our clients and our ability to deliver high-quality audit services.
1. Scope
This policy applies to all workspace audit products offered by Wristsuanatureiu, including the Essential Workspace Audit priced at $349 AUD, the Comprehensive Digital Review priced at $749 AUD, and the Enterprise Compliance Package priced at $1,899 AUD, as well as any add-on services such as Follow-Up Audits, Team Training sessions, and Custom Integration Reviews. By purchasing any of these services, you agree to the terms set out in this Return Policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Nature of Services
Workspace audit services provided by Wristsuanatureiu are professional consulting services delivered digitally. Unlike physical products, our audit packages involve scheduled consultations, specialist time, proprietary assessment methodologies, and the production of customised reports. Once an audit has commenced, significant resources have been allocated to your engagement. This policy reflects the unique nature of professional services and is designed to be fair to all parties.
3. Cancellation Before Service Commencement
If you wish to cancel your purchased audit package before the discovery consultation has taken place, you may do so by contacting Wristsuanatureiu at info@wristsuanatureiu.world or by telephone at +61280678666. Cancellations made more than seven calendar days before your scheduled discovery session are eligible for a full refund of the purchase price. Cancellations made within seven calendar days of your scheduled discovery session but before the session has commenced are eligible for a refund minus a $75 AUD administrative fee to cover scheduling and preparatory costs.
4. Cancellation After Service Commencement
Once your discovery consultation has taken place or remote assessment activities have begun, your audit is considered to be in progress. Cancellations at this stage are handled as follows: if the audit is less than fifty percent complete, you may receive a partial refund of up to fifty percent of the purchase price at the discretion of Wristsuanatureiu, based on the work completed and resources expended. If the audit is more than fifty percent complete, no refund will be issued, though you will still receive all deliverables outlined in your purchased package that have been completed to that point.
5. Rescheduling
We understand that schedules change. You may reschedule your discovery consultation or audit sessions without penalty if you provide at least forty-eight hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than forty-eight hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee of $50 AUD per occurrence. Repeated rescheduling without adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the booking without refund, at the discretion of Wristsuanatureiu.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Wristsuanatureiu stands behind the quality of our workspace audit services. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables received upon completion of your audit package, you may submit a written complaint within fourteen calendar days of receiving your final report. We will review your concerns and, where we determine that our deliverables did not meet the scope agreed at the time of purchase, we will offer one of the following remedies at our discretion: a complimentary revision of the audit report, a partial credit toward a future audit package, or a refund of up to twenty-five percent of the purchase price. This satisfaction guarantee does not apply where dissatisfaction arises from factors outside our control, including changes to your organisational requirements after the audit was completed, or failure to implement recommendations.
7. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable under all circumstances: add-on services that have been fully delivered, including completed Follow-Up Audits, delivered Team Training sessions, and completed Custom Integration Reviews; any third-party costs incurred on your behalf during the audit process; and administrative fees outlined in this policy. Additionally, no refund will be issued where a client has received the complete deliverables outlined in their purchased package, including the final audit report and any included support period, unless a valid claim is made under our satisfaction guarantee.
8. Package Downgrades and Upgrades
If you wish to upgrade from the Essential Workspace Audit to the Comprehensive Digital Review or Enterprise Compliance Package before your audit commences, you may do so by paying the difference in price. Downgrades from a higher-tier package to a lower-tier package before service commencement are eligible for a refund of the price difference minus a $50 AUD administrative fee. Package changes cannot be made after the audit has commenced.
9. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen business days of confirmation and returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If the original payment method is no longer available, alternative arrangements will be made in consultation with you. Refund amounts are calculated in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Wristsuanatureiu is not responsible for any fees charged by your financial institution in connection with the refund.
10. Disputes and Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact Wristsuanatureiu directly to resolve any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us may result in suspension of any ongoing or future services. We will cooperate fully with legitimate dispute resolution processes and provide relevant documentation to payment processors as required.
11. Force Majeure
If Wristsuanatureiu is unable to deliver services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, or significant technology failures, we will work with you to reschedule services at the earliest opportunity. If rescheduling is not possible within ninety days, you will be offered a full refund or credit toward future services at your choice.
12. Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this Return Policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement. Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract with us and to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. If the failure does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have problems with the service rectified in a reasonable time and, if this is not done, to cancel your contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract.
